The EBDA is a nonprofit [501(c) 6] corporation with a nine- member appointed Board.
All nine Board Members also hold seats on the Economic Development Group of Kittitas County's (EDGKC) Board of Directors.
The Officers of both Boards comprise the Executive Committee.
EBDA and the EDGKCoperate essentially as one by sharing Board Members, common goals and objectives, office space and staff, but retain separate tax status and legal identity.
Together the EBDA and EDGKC provide economic development services for the entire county. |
