The Ellensburg Business Development Authority provides economic development services for the City of Ellensburg and manages the Incubator and Airport Buildings.

The EBDA is a public development authority created by the City of Ellensburg in 1994 to provide economic development services for the city.

The EBDA is a nonprofit 501(c) 6 corporation with a nine- member appointed Board.

The Economic Development Group of Kittitas County (EDGKC) and the EBDA operate closely together sharing Board Members, common goals and objectives, office space and staff, but retain separate tax status and legal identity.
