The EDGKC is a nonprofit
501(c) 3 corporation with a
21-member appointed Board.
The Officers of both Boards comprise the Executive Committee.
EBDA and the EDGKC operate essentially as one by sharing Board Members, common goals and objectives, office space and staff, but retain separate tax status and legal identity.
Together the EBDA and EDGKC provide economic development services for the entire county.
